Shelia Gilmore Event Coordinator: She is an award-winning marketing executive and event producer with over 25 years of experience building iconic brands and driving strategic growth. As founder of Gilmore Marketing Group, she leads integrated projects across sports, entertainment, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. Sheila has produced major events during Super Bowl week, NBA All-Star Weekend, the Long Beach Jazz Festival Health & Wellness Pavilion, and the 4-day Annual National K.I.N.G. Summit. Her past and present client roster features Rev. Jesse Jackson, Dawnn Lewis, KiKi Shepard, Chris Broussard, UNCF, PROSPEAK Sports, EmpowHer Institute and iMichigan Productions to name a few. A former executive at Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable, she also excels in content acquisition and has contributed to platforms like PBS Stations, RYZ Sports Network and Glu TV. Sheila began her career at Valley Cable and has earned honors such as the WICT Woman of the Year, CTAM Mark Award and NAMIC’s Excellence Award for Multicultural Television Commercials, multiple Telly Awards, and an Emmy® Award. She serves on boards including NAMIC and The K.I.S. Foundation; NAACP Image Award Nominating Committee Judge, NAMIC Vision Awards judge and remains deeply committed to community impact.

Dr. Joseph Bryant: Dr. Joseph Bryant, Jr. (D.Min) is Senior Pastor of Calvary Hill Community Church—where he founded Calvary Hill Social Services—and co-architect of The Vision Academy and its Family Resource Center. As West Coast Field Director and Executive Director of Rainbow PUSH Coalition’s Silicon Valley office (and formerly its National Sports Director), he forged tech-industry and sports partnerships in social justice and career development, earning USA Today’s “Corporate Collaborations” distinction (2016) and Global Diversity Magazine’s Top 10 Champions of Diversity award (2018). During the COVID-19 pandemic, he launched San Francisco’s city-wide African American resource portals and a community learning center—efforts recognized by the NAACP and Mayor’s Office. Dr. Bryant holds a B.A. in Sociology (UCSC), a teaching credential (Patten Christian College), an M.A.T.S. (Golden Gate Seminary), and a D.Min (St. Thomas Christian University). He and his wife Kelly have two college-aged children, Josiah and Joi.

Chuck Webb Program Director: Writer, producer and educator Chuck Webb has toured the world many times performing with such notable artists as Aretha Franklin, Grover Washington Jr., Ramsey Lewis, Bill Withers, David Sanborn and many others. Chuck has performed on hundreds of records, commercial jingles, sound tracks and theater productions including Hamilton, Wicked, Jersey Boys and Motown the Musical. Chuck is an adjunct professor at Columbia College Chicago and the owner of Earth Tone Enterprises production company through which he has produced and composed scores for motion pictures, educational programs, popular music CDs and his own solo and band projects.

Rami Campbell Executive and Personal Assistant: Rami is an experienced entertainment professional with over a decade in the industry, supporting high-profile talent and productions. He has worked alongside iconic figures such as Oprah Winfrey and Britney Spears, with a strong background in production coordination, talent relations, and executive support. Currently, Rami serves as the Executive and Personal Assistant to actress and philanthropist Dawnn Lewis, managing her personal affairs and supporting the work of her foundation, A New Day Foundation.

Fay Ji Chief Financial Officer: Fay Ji is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience driving financial strategy and operational excellence in high-growth organizations. As CFO, she oversees all aspects of financial planning & analysis, accounting, treasury, and investor relations, ensuring robust controls and transparent reporting. Fay has led multiple successful capital raises and M&A transactions, implemented scalable ERP and forecasting systems, and partnered with business leaders to align financial goals with long-term growth objectives. 

Thomas Wilform IT Manager:  TJ Wilform brings 15+ years of IT expertise to A New Day Foundation, where he architected and maintains its online learning and event platform—powering student networking, live streaming, and ticketing. He leverages cloud migrations, AI-driven automation, and HIPAA-grade security to ensure the foundation’s digital services are reliable, scalable, and easy to use for staff and participants alike.
